- 1 Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. almond flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Slices Bacon, cooked
- 1 Tbsp. almond flour
- 1 Tbsp. Packed Shredded Cheddar
- 1 Tbsp. Packed Shredded White Cheddar
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Chive
- Pinch Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash
- 1. Mix all room temperature ingredients together in amug.
- 2. Microwave on high for 70 seconds.
- 3. Turn the cup upside down and lightly bang it against aplate.
- 4. Optional: Let cool for 3-4minutes.
