Bacon, Cheddar & Chive Mug Biscuit

Ingredients:

  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 Slices Bacon, cooked
  • 1 Tbsp. almond flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Packed Shredded Cheddar
  • 1 Tbsp. Packed Shredded White Cheddar
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped Chive
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Mrs.  Dash

Directions:

  • 1. Mix all room temperature ingredients together in amug.
  • 2. Microwave on high for 70 seconds.
  • 3. Turn the cup upside down and lightly bang it against aplate.
  • 4. Optional: Let cool for 3-4minutes.
